Tear-off an old, elevated cedar deck and build an entire new maintenance-free deck, retaining same general size and layout, without lowering the hot tub. Seahawk Decks owner suggested several options to create a special appearance and break-up the basic rectangular footprint, including deck board pattern/layout, staircase, railing style, colors, and lighting. The project was completed one-half section at a time, allowing the hot tub to be shifted and returned to position without risk of lowering or damaging the spa.

We had a big project for Nick to tackle. We wanted the new deck to be the same size as the old deck, but we wanted the hot tub removed. Nick had this done in March of 2015. His crew were here each day and stayed all day. If they had another projected that needed some immediate attention, we were told when they would return.
We also had a large planter and a storage bench as part of the project. We wanted the floor laid at an angle with a lighted railing, as some pictures in his Gallery showed.
We love our deck! We would recommend Seahawk highly to anyone desiring a beautiful outside space.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job. Before signing Nick came out and we went through many different materials and options for our deck. Nick was very sincere and shot straight with me. The proposal was well laid out with different options to add or subtract. After I signed up, he also made a 3D drawing, I was very impressed with this, its was nice to see what the new deck would look like. Nick gave me some really cool options that would not set me over budget.
During construction, I was very impressed with Nicks crew. They showed up on time every morning and kept me informed during the progress, also they did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. We did have a set back due to the railing was damaged during delivery. I would not have noticed, but the crew pointed this out to me and said this is not acceptable. So we were delayed a week waiting for the new railing, not Nicks fault.

The design and craftsmanship is the best I’ve ever seen. We built a new home in Sammamish every other deck in the neighborhood was built by our builder who was 2012 builder of the year and all of my neighbors are disappointed that they didn’t have Nick from Seahawk build their deck instead of the builder.
I met with different companies for quotes but Nick's work, reputation and genuine interested in building a top quality, custom deck made selecting him an easy choice. His pricing was very competitive.
